Benefits

What changes when the bot follows a real process

A Grok Bot is only as good as the instructions behind it. We set yours up from a workflow you've already approved, so it does the job the way you do it.

  • Stop re-explaining the same task

Routine steps follow a map you signed, so the bot handles them the same way every time.

  • Customers get a consistent next step

The bot answers inside your process, with the same next step, instead of a different reply every time.

  • Built around your tools and your exceptions

Setup follows your workflow, the tools you already pay for, and the odd cases that actually happen in your business.

  • Hours back from follow-ups and status checks

Less time repeating instructions, chasing updates, and redoing work the bot was never told about.

  • Clear limits on what the bot can do

Your process map spells out what the bot handles, what stays with a person, and what it must never do.

How it works

From a first call to a bot you own

Five steps. You approve the plan before anything gets built.

  1. Step 01

    Free intro call

We talk through what you want the bot to handle and whether a package fits. No charge, no obligation.

  2. Step 02

    Pick a package

Choose Basic, Premium, or Enterprise. Paid work starts only after you buy.

  3. Step 03

    Discovery meeting

On Google Meet, we walk through the real workflow: what starts it, who does each step, which tools are involved, and what has to stay with a person.

  4. Step 04

    Sign the process map

We draw the workflow as a BPMN diagram, a standard picture of how work moves. You review it and e-sign before we build anything.

  5. Step 05

    Setup and handoff

We set up your Grok Bot to follow the signed map, then hand you the login. You change the password and the account is yours.

Experience behind the work

10+ years of turning messy workflows into systems people can run

Small and mid-sized business consulting, process improvement, banking operations, ERP rollouts, and automation projects. The habit behind all of it is the same: draw the work first, then build to the drawing.

Common questions

Who pays for the Grok subscription and connectors?

You do. Package fees pay for GrokDeploy’s consulting, mapping, and setup work. Your Grok subscription, and any connector or API fees, are billed to you by those providers. We will tell you during discovery which outside costs we expect, so there are no surprises on our invoice.

How long does a typical engagement take?

The introduction call is free and is usually a short working conversation. After you purchase, most Basic and Premium engagements finish about two to four weeks after the discovery meeting. Timing depends on how complex the process is and how quickly you review the BPMN. Enterprise adds one month of support after handoff. These are typical ranges, not a guaranteed date.

Do I keep ownership of the bot?

Yes. At handoff we give you the login details. You change the password and take ownership of the bot account. We do not keep access unless you later choose monthly support and decide to share access for that work.
